Most orders take 2–5 business days to fulfil, since we make everything to order. Once fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location:

- Europe: 2–7 business days
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
🇦🇺 Australian customers, please note: Embroidered items (like hats and beanies) are made in our US or European facilities. These can take a little longer to arrive — thanks for your patience!
📦 How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your account on our website to check status anytime.

We work with trusted fulfilment partners around the globe. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to you with your item in stock. Our main centres are based in:

😕 My order should be here by now — what do I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, try the following before contacting us:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation for any address errors
- Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package
- Check with neighbours in case it was left with them

If you entered the wrong address, we can resend your order — but you'll need to cover the new shipping cost.
