When will I get my order?
Most orders take 2–5 business days to fulfil, since everything is made to order.
Once fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:
- USA: 2–6 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
Australian customers, please note: some embroidered items, including selected hats and accessories, may ship from overseas facilities and can take a little longer to arrive.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status anytime.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with trusted fulfilment partners to make and ship each order.
At this time, Devilry Clothing ships to Australia and the United States only.
Your order may ship from different fulfilment locations depending on the product ordered, stock availability, and destination.
My order should be here by now. What do I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please try the following before contacting us:
- Double check your shipping confirmation for address errors.
- Ask your local post office or carrier if they’re holding the package.
- Check with neighbours in case it was left with them.
Still no luck? Email us at support@devilryclothing.com with your order number.
Important:
Issues with missing, delayed, or undelivered orders must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be able to be investigated, replaced, or refunded.
If an incorrect address was entered, we can resend your order once it has been returned to our fulfilment partner. Additional shipping costs may apply.
What’s your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is confirmed lost in transit, we offer a replacement or refund, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, size selection, or incorrect address entry. Please choose carefully.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and contacting us promptly if an issue arises.
