🕒 When will I get my order?

Most orders take 2–5 business days to fulfil, since we make everything to order. Once fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location:

  • USA: 2–6 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • Australia: 7–15 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

🇦🇺 Australian customers, please note: Embroidered designs (like hats and beanies) are made in our US or European facilities. These can take a little longer to arrive, thanks for your patience!


📦 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your account on our website to check status anytime.


🌍 Where will my order ship from?

We work with trusted fulfilment partners around the globe. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to you with your item in stock. Our main centres are based in:

  • Toronto, Canada
  • Birmingham, UK
  • Brisbane, Australia
  • Riga, Latvia
  • Barcelona, Spain

😕 My order should be here by now, what do I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please try the following before contacting us:

  • Double check your shipping confirmation for address errors
  • Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package
  • Check with neighbours in case it was left with them

Still no luck? Email us at support@devilryclothing.com with your order number.

Important:
Issues with missing, delayed, or undelivered orders must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be investigated or refunded.

If an incorrect address was entered, we can resend your order once it has been returned to our closest warehouse.


🔄 What’s your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, we offer a replacement or refund, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, please choose carefully.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and contacting us promptly if an issue arises.
