Refunds and Returns Policy
At Devilry Clothing, every item is made to order. This helps reduce overproduction, waste, and unnecessary stock.
Please choose carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour or product variant selection, or ordering the wrong item, except where required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@devilryclothing.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage, where applicable
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.
Made to Order Products
Because our products are made to order specifically for your purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges where the incorrect size, colour, or product variant was selected, except where required by applicable law.
Please check the size guide, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. We recommend comparing your measurements against the size chart rather than relying on the size you usually wear, as sizing may vary between products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or required to be accepted under applicable law:
- Made to order products where no legal right of return applies
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Approved Returns
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Do not send returns to the address shown on your package unless we have specifically instructed you to do so. Return addresses may vary depending on the item, order location, and fulfilment partner.
Items returned without prior approval or sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.
Unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, any approved return should be sent back in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
European Union Customers
If you are a customer in the European Union, you may have certain statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law.
However, those rights do not apply where an exemption under applicable law applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
If you believe you are entitled to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you may contact us at support@devilryclothing.com before the applicable withdrawal period expires, or use any electronic withdrawal function made available on our store.
Where a valid withdrawal right applies:
- You must return the item within the applicable legal timeframe after notifying us.
- We will provide return instructions once your request has been received.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we are required by law to cover those costs.
- We may withhold any refund until we have received the returned item or you provide satisfactory proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
- Where required by law, eligible refunds will include the cost of standard outbound delivery originally paid at checkout. Additional costs for express or upgraded shipping are not refundable unless required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
