5. Shipping and Delivery

Devilry Clothing currently ships to Australia and the United States only.

Most orders take 2–5 business days to fulfil, since products are made to order. Once fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

• USA: 2–6 business days
• Australia: 7–15 business days

Some products, including selected embroidered items, hats, and accessories, may ship from overseas fulfilment facilities and can take longer to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

6. Order Issues and Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.

Before contacting us, please also:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.
• Ask your local post office or carrier if they are holding the package.
• Check with neighbours in case the package was left with them.

If your package is still missing, please contact us at support@devilryclothing.com with your order number.

Issues with missing, delayed, damaged, or undelivered orders must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date shown on tracking, or within a reasonable time if tracking does not show delivery.

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we may be able to resend the order once it has been returned to our fulfilment partner. Additional shipping costs may apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect address entry.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at support@devilryclothing.com with your order number and clear photos where relevant.

Where required, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
