Shipping Policy
At Devilry Clothing, every item is made to order. This means your order is produced after you place it, rather than being pulled from a warehouse shelf.
Order Processing
Most orders are made and prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, product launches, sales, holidays, or supplier delays, production may take a little longer.
Delivery Estimates
After your order has been made, estimated shipping times are usually:
Australia: 7–15 business days
United States: 2–6 business days
United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
Europe: 2–7 business days
Canada: 2–7 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Free shipping may be available in selected regions when your order reaches the required minimum spend. Any available free shipping offer will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking can sometimes take a few days to update, especially during handover between carriers or when an order is crossing borders.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages.
This can happen when items are produced at different fulfilment locations or shipped by different carriers.
If your order arrives in multiple packages, you will receive tracking information where available.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible at support@devilryclothing.com.
We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges depending on your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless they were clearly collected at checkout.
Devilry Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Orders
If your order appears to be lost, delayed, or stuck in transit, contact us at support@devilryclothing.com with your order number.
We will review the tracking information and help investigate the issue with the carrier or fulfilment partner where possible.
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbours, your local post office, or the carrier first.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll help review the next steps.
